Light and very crunchy, these Camargue rice cakes are the perfect substitute for bread for a gluten-free breakfast or snack.
They are embellished with a mixture of ancient grains: quinoa, millet and buckwheat.

Trick

If necessary, a quick passage in the oven gives them crispness.

Full round Camargue rice * IGP and half-full round Camargue rice * IGP, ancient cereals (6%) (quinoa *, millet *, buckwheat *), whole sesame *, Camargue sea salt.
